Emily
Park
President

Emily is a 3rd year BPA member who has attended FLC, SLC, and NLC. She is a current senior at Waubonsie.  Alongside WV’s chapter, Emily also serves on the Illinois BPA State Board. Outside of BPA, she is part of Tri-M Music Honors Society, tutors for Team Tutors 204, and is in Best Buddies. In her free time, she enjoys watching the sunset and going on walks with her friends and going to the beach.

Jeevith Veerasaravan
Vice President of Judged Events

Jeevith is a 2 year BPA member who has attended both SLC and NLC, and is currently a senior at Waubonsie Valley High school. Beyond BPA, he is a part of Waubonsie Valley Volleyball, Link Crew, and Youth and Government. After school he enjoys listening to music, working on various coding projects, and playing different sports. He is also active in his community through volunteering and nonprofit work with organizations such as Sew4Smiles and ARAM.

Abhishek Rasalkar
Vice President of Community Activities

 Abhishek is a 3 year BPA who has attended both SLC and NLC and is currently a Junior at Waubonsie Valley High School. Outside of BPA, he is part of the Waubonsie Tennis Team and an active volunteer for UChicago AdventHealth. His passions include spending time with friends and family, watching his favorite sports team, and listening to music!

Bhargavi
Vaidya
Vice President 

Bhargavi is a three year BPA member at Waubonsie Valley High School and has attended FLC, SLC, and NLC. She is currently a senior at Waubonsie Valley. Beyond BPA, Bhargavi is active in WV's Youth & Government, LINK Crew, Music Honor Society, and community organizations including the Forest Preserve District of Will County and the Naperville Police Department. She enjoys exploring new cuisines, listening to music, and traveling.

Ishani
Bhatia
Vice President of Communications

Ishani is a 4 year BPA member at Waubonsie Valley Highschool and has attended all FLC, SLC, and NLC. She is also currently a senior at Waubonsie Valley Highschool. Outside of BPA, Ishani is apart of Waubonsie Valleys Varsity Speech team, Link club, and currently holds a job at Abercrombie & Fitch. Her passions include hanging out with her friends, watching new shows, listening to music, and painting as well. 

Jordan
Enas
Vice President of Chapter Activities

Jordan is a two-year BPA member who has attended both the Fall Leadership Conference (FLC) and the State Leadership Conference (SLC). She is currently a junior at Waubonsie Valley High School. Outside of BPA, Jordan is a member of Waubonsie Valley’s varsity show choir, Sound Check, and is actively involved in theater. Her passions include baking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family—especially her dog!

Mary
Howard
Vice President of Non-Judged Events

Mary is a 4 year BPA member who has attended FLC, SLC, and NLC. She is currently a senior at Waubonsie. Outside of BPA, Mary is in tech crew for all Waubonsie productions and loves to help out with props. After school she loves to cook, travel, hangout with friends, and play with her three dogs!

Ekansh Mohapatra
Vice President of Mentorship

Ekansh is a 3 year BPA member who has attended FLC, SLC and NLC, and is currently a Junior at Waubonsie Valley. Outside of BPA, he plays for WV Tennis,  he is a board member for Finance Club, a member of the ICCTSO officer team and is the leader for the male acapella group, Cloud 9. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends, watching Young Sheldon, and walking his dog.

Vice President of Membership

 Rihaan is a 3 year BPA member who has attended FLC, SLC, and NLC. He is currently a junior at Waubonsie Valley High School. Outside of BPA, Rihaan is a part of WV’s Varsity Soccer team, finance club, Stemsters nonprofit organization and works as a soccer referee. After school he loves to listen to music, hang out with friends, and travel the world!​

"I have been at WV since 2017 and I serve as the Instructional Technology Coordinator and this year also teach Cybersecurity and Notetaking and Study Skills. I have been an educator since 2005. Prior to that I worked in Sales and Marketing for a computer software sales companywho I had started working for while still a student in college. I graduated from Judson University with an BA in Business Marketing. I received a Masters in Secondary Education from Roosevelt University and also have my Teacher Leader certification from Northern Illinois University. While at Judson I helped start a Phi Beta Lambda chapter and was elected as a National Officer. I enjoy spending time with my family, playing volleyball, and swimming."

"This will be my second year as a Business teacher at Waubonsie Valley High School. I currently teach AP Macroeconomics, AP Microeconomics, and VEI in the business department. I received my bachelor’s degree in digital marketing and my master’s degree in secondary education from DePaul University. In my free time, I enjoy watching TV with my wife and cats, going on walks, and playing video games while listening to podcasts or audiobooks"

"I  have been a business teacher at WV since 2020 and this year I am teaching Visual Media, Emerging tech, Consumer Economics, Business Law, and Internship. I have my BA and MA in Business Education from Illinois State University. During my free time, I enjoy walking my dogs, going on road trips, and listening to audio books."

"I  have been at WV since 2023. I teach Accounting, Business Orientation, and Consumer Economics. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater with a BA in Business and Marketing Education. While at Whitewater I was a part of the AMA - American Marketing Association. I also coach softball during my free time."
